All underwriting and claims data on our major programs can be viewed interactively on-line by clients, agents/brokers, insurers and reinsurers. Authority and access are tiered and is granted based upon the specifics of the program. Privacy issues are also enacted (changing original client names to numbers, for example), again based upon access and any given specific program. Typically, underwriting data is uploaded daily to the site and claims data is uploaded monthly.
There is no link to our interactive web sites from this site, which is deliberate. Demonstrations of our interactive sites have to be done in person under a very secure setting.
